Property Tax & Rent Rebate Clinic – New 2024 Refund Amounts & Income Limits!


Senator Devlin Robinson and Representative Natalie Mihalek are holding a Property Tax and Rent Rebate Clinic on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Bethel Park Community Center.


The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program is open to PA residents age 65 and up, widows and widowers age 50 or older and anyone age 18 and over who is 100 percent disabled.


Documents needed include: total Social Security/Railroad Retirement, proof of SSI or disability, proof of age via photo ID or First Time Filer’s Driver’s License, 1099 pension statements, 1099 interest statements, 1099 dividend statements, proof of W-2 or other income received, and voided check showing routing number and account number if you would like your payment received by direct deposit. 


If you own property, you’ll also need proof of taxes paid either stamped or signed by the tax collector. Renters will need a rent certificate filled out and signed by your landlord.
