Silver Sneakers Classic – Perform various exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and S. Sneakers ball are used. A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers Yoga – Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Circuit – Workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. Students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing w/handles & other equipment and utilize all parts of the body without too much stress on it. Build muscle, flexibility, cardio, and tone.

Strength & Stability– designed for the Active Seniors Movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee & hip joints while improving your reaction time. Become stronger &improve balance to prevent falls.

Boom Muscle – designed for Active Seniors Class incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks” / groups of exercises focusing on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength.

Boom Mind – A mind / body fusion class format. The experience would include Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Movement Patterns for fall prevention. The exercises are a gentler approach to fitness through Pilates, core exercises, yoga & stretch to improve mindfulness and cognition.

Boom Move – designed for Active Seniors  A higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun! The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building to more complex sequences.
