NON-RESIDENTS AND ORGANIZATIONS NOT LOCATED IN BETHEL PARK MUST CALL THE CENTER AT 412-851-2910 FOR RENTAL RATES.
RENTAL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Keep in mind that rental hours must include the entire time that you need access to the rental space beginning with set-up, including event time and through clean-up.
All rentals require a minimum 4 hour reservation.

Payment schedule
50% of total rental fees due with return of signed Rental Contract Remaining 50% of rental fees due 30 days prior to rental date Refundable security deposit and room layout are due 7 days prior to rental date.
Failure to meet any payment deadline may result in rental cancellation and fees paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy/fees
All cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the Community Center Director.
Cancellations received in writing more than 60 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a refund of 50% of initial payment, less a $5 processing fee No refund will be issued if written cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to scheduled rental date
The Bethel Park Community Center has a large multi-purpose room, in addition to several smaller rooms that may be rented for social or professional functions. As a whole, the multipurpose room can accommodate seating for 245, or the room may be divided into three separate rooms in order to accommodate smaller functions such showers and birthday parties. Also available for rent is a catering kitchen and a stage (located in room B). For smaller gatherings, the Center also provides two classrooms.
The rental rates listed are for Bethel Park residents. Non-residents or organizations not located in Bethel Park must call the center for rental rates
