Are you a Bethel Park resident or business owner with an interest in redevelopment and community planning? Bethel Park has recently formed a new Economic Development Steering committee and is seeking members. People with banking, real estate, business operations, or redevelopment experience are encouraged to apply. We need a minimum of 5 members for terms of two to three years.

The mission of the Bethel Park Economic Development Steering Committee is to serve as a community resource for residents, businesses, and developers in an effort to foster economic development while respecting local heritage and facilitating continued growth.

The committee members will serve as ambassadors of the municipality to the stakeholders in the community and advise the Municipal staff on economic development opportunities.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Building.

The organization will consist of a minimum of 5 voting members, three of which will be the Committee Chair, Committee Vice Chair, and Committee Secretary.

Inquiries may be directed to Diana Alberter at dalberter@bethelpark.net or 412-831-6800 x 382.

Letters of interest and resumes are requested by Friday, March 3, 2023.
