PennDOT Road Closure

PennDOT has closed Stoltz Rd, it will be closed for approximately 3 weeks due to a slide that has affected the integrity of the roadway. PennDOT will be installing two concrete segment walls to prevent further erosion to the roadway. The road will be closed between Kings School Rd East and McConkey Rd.

Road Work Update Starting Monday, Nov. 3 for approximately two weeks , Allegheny County will be paving Brightwood Rd. from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic. However, you may want to seek an alternate route if possible. The project start may be delayed until Tuesday depending on the weather. Any questions should be directed to Allegheny County. That’s why Bethel Park Municipal Council and Mayor are launching a Community Food Drive in partnership with SHIM and the Blackhawk Family Relief Fund - to support our neighbors in need. Starting Wednesday, Oct. 29 , you can drop off non-perishable food items during regular business hours at: Bethel Park Police Station Bethel Park Community Center Reginald’s Coffee Jugo-Slav Club Monetary donations are also welcome! Checks can be made out to: Blackhawk Family Relief Fund and sent to 5799 Glen Ora Drive, Bethel Park, PA 15102. You can also donate via Venmo - @blackhawkfamilyrelieffund. All monetary donations will go to SHIM. 🍽️ Need food assistance? Roadwork Update! Allegheny County Public Works contractor Folino Construction will be milling Brightwood Rd. next Wednesday (10-22) to Friday (10-24) from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic.
